Hier, j'ai parl\u00e9 \u00e0 un ami d'enfance qui m'a dit qu'une roquette avait frapp\u00e9 des immeubles \u00e0 un p\u00e2t\u00e9 de maisons de la maison o\u00f9 j'ai grandi. Lorsque les sir\u00e8nes ont retenti, ils n'ont eu que 90 secondes pour faire rentrer tout le monde dans les abris anti-bombes. Un voisin a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9. Bien que l'impact de la violence soit beaucoup plus important ailleurs, j'ai quand m\u00eame \u00e9t\u00e9 choqu\u00e9e de savoir \u00e0 quel point nous sommes vuln\u00e9rables. Nous pleurons avec nos amis qui tentent de construire l'unit\u00e9, non seulement entre Arabes et Juifs, mais aussi entre les croyants du pays que ce conflit divise. Nos c\u0153urs sont vraiment d\u00e9chir\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">En raison du coronavirus, seule une poign\u00e9e de nos \u00e9tudiants reste \u00e0 J\u00e9rusalem, tandis qu'une centaine d'autres \u00e9tudient dans le monde entier dans le cadre du programme d'extension de l'Institut Whole Word. L'une des choses que nous apprenons ensemble est la Pentec\u00f4te et la compr\u00e9hension plus profonde que nous en avons gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la Bible h\u00e9bra\u00efque (AT). Cette semaine, \"Shavuot\" (Pentec\u00f4te) a \u00e9t\u00e9 c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e dans la tradition biblique comme la f\u00eate des premiers fruits. Si, sur le plan agricole, la Pentec\u00f4te marque le d\u00e9but de la r\u00e9colte d'\u00e9t\u00e9, sur le plan spirituel, elle comm\u00e9more la r\u00e9ception de la Torah, la Loi de Dieu ou la Parole. Le L\u00e9vitique 23 ordonne au grand pr\u00eatre de cuire deux pains en guise d'offrande \u00e0 l'\u00c9ternel. Dans la tradition h\u00e9bra\u00efque, ces deux pains symbolisent les tables de la loi donn\u00e9es au mont Sina\u00ef. Ainsi, en plus d'\u00eatre la f\u00eate des premiers fruits,\u00a0<span style=\"color: #008080;\">Shavuot est aussi la f\u00eate de la Parole, et la pratique sacerdotale des pains symbolise la Parole comme pain de vie.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le Deut\u00e9ronome 26 &amp; 31 indique que les premiers fruits doivent \u00eatre partag\u00e9s et c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9s avec les L\u00e9vites, les enfants, les orphelins, les serviteurs, les \u00e9trangers, les veuves et aussi<em>\u00a0<\/em><em>\u00e9trangers.<\/em>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #008080;\">\u00c0 Shavuot, la tradition veut que l'on lise le livre de Ruth, car \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque de Shavuot, Ruth, une gentille, a \u00e9t\u00e9 greff\u00e9e \u00e0 la maison d'Isra\u00ebl et est devenue membre de la lign\u00e9e royale.<\/span>\u00a0Pensez \u00e0 Actes 2, 1-31 : qui \u00e9tait rassembl\u00e9 \u00e0 J\u00e9rusalem \u00e0 Shavuot ? Des gens de toutes les nations, non seulement des Juifs mais aussi des Gentils.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Une telle richesse de sens peut \u00eatre glan\u00e9e lorsque la lumi\u00e8re du Saint-Esprit est r\u00e9pandue sur TOUTE la Parole de Dieu.\u00a0<em>Combien les nations (toutes les langues) ont besoin de la Bible enti\u00e8re pour comprendre toute la signification de ce que nous avons re\u00e7u et de nos r\u00f4les dans le plan de Dieu.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Vous faites d\u00e9j\u00e0 partie de l'histoire de Shavuot\/Pentec\u00f4te en donnant la Parole \u00e0 ceux qui en ont besoin.
