Prior to joining Avodah, Lori served as Chief Operating Officer for Seed Company, a global Bible translation agency. She has held several other senior roles where she was instrumental in leading significant change initiatives.<\/p>\n
Lori began her career working in finance and administration for a small business. She joined a growing start-up technology company where she built a successful people-centered human resources function. She discovered her talent for developing people\u2019s best capabilities and for leading change. After a number of years in the technology industry, she moved into the nonprofit sector. She spent nearly five years in Israel where she led human resources and operations for a nonprofit organization going through significant growth.<\/p>\n
Lori holds an Executive MBA, is a voracious reader and an avid college football fan. She enjoys the abundant sunshine in the state of Texas in the United States where she currently resides.
