Menatap ke Depan Menuju Kebaruan<\/em><\/span><\/h4>\r\n
\r\n

Rosh Hashanah, \"Kepala tahun,\" adalah saat perayaan, baik melihat ke belakang maupun melihat ke depan menuju kebaruan. Dalam Perjanjian Asli, Rosh Hashanah adalah \"Hari Raya Sangkakala\" di mana shofar, atau tanduk domba jantan, ditiup (Im.23-25). Ini adalah hari raya pertama dari tiga hari raya yang diperintahkan oleh Tuhan di padang gurun. Yom Kippur (Hari Pendamaian) diikuti oleh Sukkot (Hari Raya Pondok Daun). Minggu lalu, para siswa kami di MA dalam bidang Ibrani Alkitabiah & Konsultasi Penerjemahan merayakan akhir studi mereka di Yerusalem dan tahun baru dengan upacara khusus. Mereka menyantap hidangan tradisional challah, apel dan madu, menandakan musim baru yang \"manis\". Mereka menyanyikan lagu-lagu, bercerita, mengucap syukur, dan melihat bersama perjalanan pulang ke rumah.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n
