Sungai-sungai di Hutan Belantara<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\r\n

Tuhan melakukan hal yang mustahil<\/em><\/span><\/h4>\r\n

\r\n\"Karena Aku akan melakukan sesuatu yang baru. Lihat, Aku sudah memulainya! Tidakkah kamu melihatnya? Aku akan membuat jalan setapak di padang gurun. Aku akan membuat sungai-sungai di padang gurun yang kering\" (Yesaya 43:19).<\/em><\/span><\/h4>\r\n

Akhir-akhir ini saya berpikir tentang bagaimana Tuhan melakukan hal yang mustahil. Ketika yang kita lihat hanyalah rintangan-rintangan, Dia bahkan mendatangkan hal-hal yang lebih besar lagi. Seperti yang dikatakan Firman Tuhan dalam Roma 8, \"segala sesuatu bekerja bersama untuk mendatangkan kebaikan bagi mereka yang dipanggil sesuai dengan tujuan-Nya.\" Tujuan Tuhan disorot dalam ayat lain yang telah menjadi tema kita, \"Demikianlah firman-Ku yang keluar dari mulut-Ku, tidak akan kembali dengan sia-sia, tetapi akan menggenapi apa yang Kukehendaki\" (Yesaya 55:11).<\/p>\r\n

Dewan Strategis & Akademik kami telah bertemu dan menilai situasi global yang berkaitan dengan program pelatihan residensial kami yang akan dimulai Januari 2021 di Yerusalem, dan kami telah menyiapkan pengumuman berikut:<\/p>\r\n

Mengingat situasi dunia dalam bayang-bayang epidemi virus corona dan implikasinya terhadap program kami, terutama terkait permintaan visa, pembukaan kembali perbatasan Israel, dan perjalanan internasional yang tidak stabil, kami di Whole Word Institute terpaksa menunda pembukaan tahun ajaran Yerusalem hingga September 2021.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\r\n

Meskipun ini adalah perubahan yang signifikan dalam program tahunan kami, tujuan baru Tuhan telah dinyatakan untuk pelipatgandaan Firman. Staf kami sekarang telah mampu berputar dan fokus pada pengembangan program pembelajaran jarak jauh. Program baru ini, bersama dengan program residensial di Yerusalem akan\u00a0memungkinkan kami untuk melayani lebih banyak penerjemah dan konsultan secara global dan melipatgandakan terjemahan Firman secara eksponensial!\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n

\"Lihatlah, Aku akan melakukan sesuatu yang baru, Aku akan menciptakan sungai-sungai di padang gurun.\" Tuhan menyejajarkan Firman-Nya dengan air yang meluas ke bumi, membuat benih tumbuh bagi penabur dan menyediakan roti bagi mereka yang lapar. Dia menggambarkan proses pemenuhan dan \"keberhasilan\" yang diciptakan oleh Firman Tuhan, yang berasal dari Tuhan dan menyelesaikan tujuan-Nya.<\/p>\r\n

\"Sebab seperti hujan dan salju turun dari langit dan tidak kembali ke sana tanpa menyirami bumi, dan membuatnya berbuah dan bertunas, dan memberikan benih kepada penabur dan roti kepada pemakan; demikianlah firman-Ku yang keluar dari mulut-Ku, tidak akan kembali kepada-Ku dengan hampa, tanpa mencapai apa yang Aku kehendaki, dan tanpa berhasil dalam hal yang Aku utus.\" (Yesaya 55:10-11).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Ini adalah pengingat yang merendahkan hati bagi saya bahwa rencana Tuhan lebih besar daripada rencana kita sendiri, dan bahkan di saat-saat tantangan, selalu lebih dari yang bisa kita minta atau bayangkan. Terlepas dari semua keadaan dan perubahan yang menantang tahun ini, Tuhan menunjukkan kepada kita cara yang tak terduga yang akan meningkatkan tujuan untuk memberikan seluruh Firman ke seluruh dunia.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
