Valerii berasal dari Moskow dan seorang Tuli. Dia melayani komunitas Tuli dengan membawa Firman Tuhan kepada mereka yang tidak dapat mendengar. Mayoritas tidak bisa membaca. Setelah Valerii menjadi orang percaya, ia mengerti bahwa Tuhan telah membuatnya Tuli untuk suatu tujuan. Sekarang dia adalah salah satu dari tiga siswa Tuli yang belajar bahasa Ibrani melalui Program Ekstensi Ibrani untuk menerjemahkan dan mengajarkan Perjanjian Lama kepada kelompok masyarakat mereka.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">114 siswa terdaftar dalam Program Ekstensi Ibrani, mewakili 24 negara dan 12 lembaga penerjemahan yang berbeda. Di kelompok Indonesia saja, para penerjemah sedang mempersiapkan diri untuk menerjemahkan Perjanjian Lama ke dalam 38 bahasa. Sebelum pandemi, kami telah memulai perencanaan dan persiapan untuk ekstensi dan pembelajaran online. Kami tahu bahwa untuk menjangkau banyak orang yang masih belum memiliki Alkitab secara utuh, kami harus memperluas jangkauan program kami. Tetapi kami tidak memahami apa yang Tuhan ketahui!\u00a0<span style=\"color: #008080;\">Dia tahu bahwa program ini tidak hanya dibutuhkan, tetapi mutlak diperlukan untuk memajukan seluruh Firman Tuhan kepada bangsa-bangsa dan bahasa-bahasa yang paling membutuhkannya.\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Melalui kasih karunia-Nya, kami berkomitmen untuk menanggapi tugas di depan kami - memungkinkan kisah Tuhan dipahami dalam semua bahasa. Dibutuhkan kemitraan yang luar biasa di seluruh dunia dengan para donor, lembaga penerjemahan, jaringan gereja, guru, pengembang kurikulum, komposer, desainer, teknisi, dan terutama penerjemah.<\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #008080;\">Pada bulan Januari 2022, 20 penerjemah tambahan akan datang ke Yerusalem untuk program residensial yang dipercepat. Mereka mewakili 13 lembaga penerjemahan dan 14 negara. Empat dari siswa ini adalah Tuli.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Kami sangat menyadari bahwa kebutuhan akan kabar baik Firman Tuhan terus meningkat dan kami menginginkan doa dan dukungan Anda.
