Airport Transfer

We are unable to arrange an airport pickup and transfer unless you submit your request and complete all arrival details at least 5 working days before your arrival in Israel. The pick-up will be by a member of the Whole Word Institute team, and it is free. (This service is not guaranteed)

Roommate Preferences

I understand that I will be placed with someone who closely matches my preferences, but there are no guarantees. If Whole Word Institute matches me with someone I cannot have a good relationship with as a roommate, I can request a room change in late September, but not before then. No private rooms are available. No specific room type is guaranteed based on these preferences.

Work scholarship preferences

A portion of your scholarship is being covered through our work scholarship program. This consists of work duties of up to 6 hours per week across our campus. These duties are a significant help to our life on campus. We are grateful for the contribution of each student to our day-to-day operations and are thankful that this kind of work can provide you with scholarship assistance. Where possible, the various duties are assigned in Hebrew to aid your language learning. Tasks will be rotated with different students, as needed, throughout the year. If you have a medical reason that you cannot do certain tasks, please provide a doctor’s note explaining your physical limitations. Types of duties are: Kitchen and meal duties, including breakfast cooking; dishwashing, pots and pans; meal set up, etc. ,Locking/unlocking facilities at the beginning and end of the day , Student housing (floor representative) , Cleaning throughout various campus locations, Hospitality, IT/Media, Skilled tasks (e.g., painting, plumbing, electrical), Other errands and duties, as necessary

A laptop or large tablet is a requirement for this program. You will need to write summaries, and hand in typed assignments. A smartphone is not considered to be a tablet.
